Lease Terms
The typical lease term is 11.5 months. On request, you may be able to obtain a six-month lease.
How do I pay rent?
We accept checks, money orders, and cashiers checks at our office. You are also encouraged to pay your rent online through the tenant portal.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes, renters insurance is required. You will need to provide proof of insurance before signing the rental agreement.
Can I apply online?
You can complete the entire application process online. Simply click the Apply Now button above. There is a $45.00 non-refundable application fee per applying adult.
Are Utilities included?
Water, sewer, and garbage are included. Free WIFI is also included. You will be responsible for all other utilities.
What appliance are included?
All kitchen appliance are included, as well as a washer and dryer.
